Returns , Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Returns are possible only if product is damaged upon delivery, To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us on below provided number at the bottom or email us accordingly. Our officials will serve you happily. Send the product with its original packing and with the RMA number on below provided address.

Product Condition

  • If you received the product in torned /seal broken/Box damage or in any condition that it was not supposed to be; you are requested to contact support center immediately prior to signing and accepting the product. Inability to do that, means you received the product in good & compact condition.
  • In case if product has DOA/DAP issues after activation, you can avail service as per current apple warranty or Xiaomi warranty terms and conditions depending on the product purchased. Please refer our apple Xiaomi warranty details mentioned in www.genxtstore.lk for further information.

  • Damaged items

    If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance on below provided number from 09 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 09am – 05.00 pm on Saturday
